Darkness
It begins to get dark at around 4:15 here. And I thought I was miserable during a Cincinnati winter. Well, i suppose that the summer time makes up for the darkness during the winter. I have hear rumors that it is light from about 4am-10pm. Or at least toward the evening there are a few hours of twilight. That is definitely something to look forward to. My sister has decided to make a trip out to visit. I guess I need to get to know the cool things to do to show here I know what is going on here. Sadly I don't have a car right now and have not been able to make it out of our tiny apartment. But there will be other days.

Reminds me of when we visited York, England last Christmas... it was completely dark by 4:30, as in pitch black turn on all the lights. All day it felt like the sun was setting. Come on spring!!
